💰 Refund Policy – Alm Organic

At Alm Organic, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and the care we take in production, we enforce a strict but fair refund policy.

 


 

 

1. Returns – Unopened Products Only

 

To maintain safety, hygiene, and quality control, we only accept returns on unopened, unused products that meet all of the following conditions:

 

✅ Return Eligibility Checklist:

 

 

  • The tea package is sealed, unopened, and undamaged

  • The product was delivered no more than 10 calendar days ago

  • You are able to provide clear, timestamped photographic evidence of the product in its original, untampered condition (including unbroken seal and full outer packaging)

  • Your purchase was made directly through almorganic.com

 

If any of these criteria are not met, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

 


 

 

📦 How to Request a Return:

 

 

  1. Email your request to: almorganicstore@gmail.com

    Subject line: Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]

  2. Include the following information:

     

    • Full Name and Order Number

    • Product(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photographic proof showing the product is unopened and in original condition (with seal and box visible)

    • Date of delivery (as shown by tracking)

     

  3. Our team will review your submission. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.

  4. You must return the item within 5 business days of receiving the RAN.

    📦 Return shipping is at your own cost and must include a trackable shipping method.

  5. Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

💡 Please note: packages sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

 


 

 

2. 💸 Money Back Guarantee – Satisfaction Policy (Opened Products)

 

We offer a One-Time Money Back Guarantee if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your first experience using our tea.

This applies only to one single unit of one product per household.

However, to prevent abuse, strict procedures apply:

 

❗ Eligibility Requirements:

 

 

  • You must have purchased directly from almorganic.com

  • The product has been consumed as directed, and you are genuinely unsatisfied with its quality or effectiveness

  • You must submit your claim within 10 calendar days of the delivery date

  • You must provide:

     

    • Your full name and order number

    • A detailed written explanation (minimum 80 words) explaining why the product did not meet your expectations

    • Photos of the opened product packaging

    • A signed declaration that no more than 30% of the product was consumed

     

 

 

📝 How to Request Your Money Back:

  2. Attach:

     

    • Your original order confirmation

    • Photos of the opened tea pack

    • Your written explanation

    • A signed PDF declaration (template provided upon request)

     

  3. Your request will be reviewed by our internal quality assurance team. This process may take up to 21 business days.

  4. If approved, your refund will be issued via original payment method within 30 business days.

 

ℹ️ We reserve the right to deny refunds for incomplete or unverifiable claims, abuse of policy, or subjective complaints unsupported by documentation.

 


 

 

⚠️ Important Notes:

 

 

  • This guarantee is limited to first-time purchases only and only one per household.

  • Refunds will not be provided for repeat orders of the same product.

  • The Money Back Guarantee cannot be combined with any promotional offers, bundles, or sample packs.
